  • Reject it out of hand.
  • Listen.
  • Learn to sew.
  • Treat yourself like you treat others.
  • Maintain perspective .
  • Define your goals.
  • Avoid traps.
  • Burn bridges that you don’t want to cross again.
  • Educate yourself.
