How to contact and how to stay in touch…

I leave breadcrumbs all over the Internet like a crow.  Besides writing for publication and for my website, I publish mostly non-fiction on Medium. Much of the site is free, but you’ll pay for a venti caramel macchiato for extended use. The funds are doled among writers based on the popularity of their work. Occasionally, I write on WattPad. Fiction.

I frequent Twitter and stop by Facebook once in the bluest of moons. I cruise through Goodreads often looking for books and bookish conversations. I keep up with news about science on reddit.

If you want to reach me, it’s best to email. I’m at If you have an opinion or idea or rant about a post I wrote, you can respond to the post.

For speaking requests, guest posting requests, or other engagements, use the email address.

The truth is that I write a whole lot more than I engage with folks. Maybe to my detriment. Maybe not.

Thanks so much! I look forward to talking.

Like most writers, I have more ideas than time. I’m working on two books now – I like to work on a fiction and non-fiction work alternately – and I’m rewriting my Evolution Explained series and moving it to Medium.

The rejections metric is an odd one, I know. I read somewhere that a writer set a goal of publishing two articles in two months. She complained that she got about fifty rejections for each published article. I thought, “Hey? Her goal should be 100 rejections.” So that’s what I’ve done. It’s a way to drive me to publish more.

Get up tomorrow early in the morning, and earlier than you did today, and do the best that you can. Always stay near me, for tomorrow I will have much to do and more than I ever had, and tomorrow blood will leave my body above the breast.
